ECOGEN ENERGY GROUP LTD aims to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please follow the guidelines below.

Returns: Items eligible for return must be reported within 10 days of receipt. Products should be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Refunds may not be processed if returned items are damaged, altered, or not in a condition suitable for resale.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items: Certain products or services may be non-refundable, as specified at the time of purchase.

Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to product availability and must be arranged within the same timeframe as returns.
