Order Processing

Standard orders are processed within five (5) business days following successful payment confirmation.
For orders exceeding £1,000 or involving machinery, equipment, or custom-configured items, processing times may extend to up to fourteen (14) business days due to additional handling, preparation, or logistics requirements.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing applicable tracking information.

Shipping Methods and Costs

Shipping methods and associated costs vary depending on the size, weight, value, and destination of the order. All available shipping options and charges will be clearly displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are based on the selected shipping method and delivery location. While we make every effort to meet stated delivery estimates, delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control.

International Shipping
