Orders & Payment: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment must be completed before processing. Orders over £1,000 or involving machinery/equipment may take up to 14 business days to process.

Product Use: Customers are responsible for ensuring products are suitable for their intended purpose and comply with all applicable laws.

Returns & Refunds: Under UK law, most online orders can be cancelled within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused and returned in original packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt. Custom or bespoke equipment may be excluded. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Warranties & Liability: Products are warranted to match their descriptions at delivery. Liability is limited to the purchase price. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
